Frankie Magazine!

I am so excited to be featured in a little blurb in this month's Frankie Magazine! 

Frankie is one of my favorite magazines, so its such an honor to be included (also two of the interviews in this month's issue are with Twiggy and Molly Ringwald! What!)

Monday

 Some recent antique mall finds. Pennants that need to go up, and earrings that need to be remade. Also my crazy catch-all dresser. I just really like to look at all my stuff, guys!

 Mostly clean nightstand. Also Gravity's Rainbow isn't there to show off, because I am never ever going to finish it. Ever. 

Breakfast nook vintage paper placemats and Mayor McCheese ornament.

I am also really into playing with my new camera by showing off the like, five neat places in our apartment, if you couldn't tell.

Today I have been working on multiple projects in my studio, as you can see by my desk. Got some new stuff on the way for the Etsy shop! I am also making Christmas cards and sewing pom-poms on to a sweater, while listening to Neil deGrasse Tyson's Star Talks. I can't believe I never listened to them before! I highly recommend the one interviewing LeVar Burton and Brent Spiner a.k.a. Geordi and Data. Its a little more uplifting than the usual Joni Mitchell I listen to while working.

Fall 2012 Fill it with Diamonds Look Book

I know it's been a while since I updated this blog, but I have been working on some new things. The other day the lovely Christine Young of Young Frankk Jewelry assisted me in shooting a look book for all of my new pieces, as well as new photos of older ones.

I recently did an Etsy shop update, and there are new cat pouch/bag colors to be had!

I like the mom and baby cats together.

I've also been experimenting with clear vinyl and glitter/confetti. (Note the cat inside a cat a.k.a. Meta Cat.)

Studio Redux

Redoing my studio so I can actually be creative in it, instead of just pushing piles of trash around then going to the kitchen for a cookie.

Maymont

Yesterday Jonathan and I went to Maymont Park here in Richmond to take pictures of new items for the Etsy shop and also so I could look at the bunnies. . .

The weather was so perfect! Richmond weather is so confused, before Spring even started we were having crazy hot days, and now it has mellowed out and realized what month is it.

  New pouches are a black cat carry-all (with a gold printed face) and a ombre dyed geode bag. You can purchase them here and here !
